Why? Farmers saw their attorney and general contractor son did nothing to help and protect his parents and sister (26 miles from him). Original losses 8-15-97 erupted (claim #T8-101178). Original Bush letter (left), and others, publications, photos, performance posters, and Bolshoi costumes, were framed and hanging in the Major's home because his grandson worked in Europe, and his mother, Margo, was living with her father at his request, and when ill, as his caretaker, substantiated by his doctor (above). Farmers insured their personal property at home and in storage. Farmers packed, inventoried, controlled, and placed their insured personal property in "permanent" storage with extortion threats and a conspiracy to not return it, and "silence her permanently," despite Verl Edwards & David Nicholas promise there would be no retaliation for reporting and substantiating insider crimes, only to have those harming them put in charge of restoring their lives.

Craig Marston, Steve Lingley, Bruce Trudick, Kathy Zakocs, George Grubb, et al, did not restore the original 1997 losses, or 1998 losses a Farmers' expert verified Farmers caused. FIVE (5) years later in 2002, despite Verl Edwards & David Nicholas promises to protect Margo after substantiating insider crimes. Marsten letters (left & above) prove his discrimination, hatred, cruelty, abuse and crimes to harm Margo and cause her death.
Marsten funds a small portion of monies owed and promised to Margo under three claims and liability settlement agreement, pays 1997 losses under a 1998 claim, and gives it to Margaret. He puts the names of Margaret and son, Henry, on Margo's check, when he admits in his letter, 1-03-2002, that he held a secret meeting 12-6-2001 with Margaret and son David without insured Margo, and verifies the money belongs to Margo alone. Marsten uses the name of the lawyer/general contractor son, Henry, because he has the same name as his father when you remove "Major" and "Jr.," abandoning his parents and sister in danger, never using his legal or construction expertise, but is there to take what belongs to Margo, his family's third incest victim. Margo is silenced by those with something to hide. |

Letter substantiates Margo's request to return her personal property and records. Marsten says her move back home invoice has been submitted, but not approved for payment. This letter proves how Margo does not know anything about the plans of these two individuals. It proves Bobbie Gibbens and Craig Marston what happens to Margo, her records and personal property, knowing she is living in deprivation, no insurance monies owed to her since 1997, and now they are stealing her things in storage when she doesn't even have her beds to sleep on, and her son has none of his records substantiating his accomplishments in life, and for his archive when he retires.

John Wagner told Margo that no one could access her vaults without a Drivers License with a picture proving they were Margo. He said their wooden vaults were kept locked, the same way a dead bolt protects your front door. Records proves vaults were being pulled, accessed, unloaded and reloaded. Margaret did not sign as the owner or authorized agent to access these vaults because they belonged to Margo, only that she was the owner and authorized to put an ice chest in her vaults on 1-09-2002. This record shows Margaret paid $32 to put an ice chest in her vault, when you can buy three new ones for the price. During this period, Margo has been repeatedly asking for the return of her property vaults since 1999, but Farmers, and not Margo, controls her property, and is proof of theft.

SULLIVAN HAS NO CONTRACT WITH INSUREDS . ONLY FARMERS INSURANCE AS THIS CHECK & RECORDS PROVE
Gibbens carries out the theft of Margo's records and property in storage, and verifies this in her letter directed to Margaret and Henry, mother and son. She tells us: 1) she was with them when they illegally accessed Margo's storage vaults, which their own records prove Margaret did now own; 2) Margo has never accessed the storage vaults, hers or Margaret's, but may want access in the future, verifying they are still refusing the return of Margo's property and records; 3) She gives Margaret the right to say Margo's property is to be billed separately, when neither woman has this right, and Sullivan's Wagner & Fischer, and Farmers refused to store and pay Margo's property separately. These records prove conspiracy and collusion to commit theft, which these records also prove, they carried out.
The actions of these individuals is further confirmation Margo is a victim of incest and violence by family members and people like Gibbens and Marsten who are predators. Below, Sullivan plays games with Margo. They do not change their account number. They show Margo's property has been under their control since 6-18-1999, and this computer record is 8-27-2002. Margo's property is listed as PERMANENT STORAGE, a code word for "We never intend to return it to you." They still have Margaret's phone number on this record to keep her advised of everything Margo does to try and get her property back, because her inventories would prove what was stolen if anything remains. This record says Margo's property was delivered to her on January 20,2001, as a confidential shipment, and in the Pay Bill sections, they say it was AUTHORIZED, which in view of the Gibbens and Marston letter, Farmers paid Sullivan to return her property but it was not returned, because it no longer exists, and she have had a contract with them, Farmers controlled and took Margo's property from her on 6-24-99 to never return it.
